Common questions

I was invited as a client but the link didn't work.
Open the invite link on the same iPhone where Horse Trainer is installed. Tap "Open Horse Trainer" on the page, then set your password in the app.

I'm a trainer and don't see my clients or sessions.
Pull down to refresh on the Sessions tab. Make sure you're signed in with the same email you used when you created your trainer account.

Photos or videos aren't sending.
Large videos can take a minute or more to upload. Keep the send screen open until sending finishes.
